List Sotheby's International Realty Hong Kong initially had a property portal website developed using .NET. To strengthen its digital presence, the company decided to revamp the website to enhance user experience and performance.

I led this project, utilizing Next.js to create a server-side rendered (SSR) website. Collaborating closely with the design and marketing teams, I ensured the final website was mobile responsive and SEO-optimized. To enhance performance, I implemented advanced techniques such as code splitting and lazy loading.

Following the relaunch, the website saw a 66% increase in organic Google traffic and a 90% rise in average user engagement time.
